Francine and Larry have been building and evolving their course curriculum combining their experience and knowledge for almost 25 years. Their goal is to teach and clarify all the data they have acquired in issues influencing the body's transformation including new supplements being used, epigenetic aspect and naturopathic discoveries. Below is a detailed summary of what to expect over the two seminar days:
Day one, theory component:
- Neurological Questionnaire, Biotoxicity Questionnaire, Thyroid a first glance
- Establishing the potential deficiencies and excess of certain elements (calcium, chloride, magnesium, silica, etc...) using their health status and personality.
- Body Fat and its correlation with the Neurological questionnaire

- ROM testing on table and with standing test
- Basic postural assessment in all planes (without doing a complete postural assessment like we do in POSTUROLOGY)
- Cues and tips to optimise your athlete from the get-go in regards to posture & strength
- Federation and category respecting genotypes
- How to calculate your cycles in order for your athlete to reach peaking form
- Understanding the different training phases
- Understanding the different training programs to optimising your results
- How to calculate the macros
- Understanding the female athlete and the influence of their cycle at a glance
Day two, theory component:
- Nutritional protocols and different approaches to dieting for a comp all the way to peaking week -Recommendations for the Day of competition
- Supplement protocols from beginning to peaking week
- Case scenarios before and after
- Follow up post competition: what to consider to re-establish homeostasis
- Recognising the potential over training syndrome
In the gym session:
- Key weight training exercises combinations for posture, low back, upper back, glute and hamstrings, legs, mid section (post pregnancy) and so much more.
- Basic and favourite sequences for going beyond popular stretches to maximise results whether in training, posture and/or overall health.
- How to maximise their presentation : posing, walking, projection on stage. The role of a coach can be crucial when it comes down to showing off the transformation as the field of this type of physical competition is all about a certain degree of illusion on stage and on camera. We both have exhaustive experience in every single aspects of the stage presentation and photo shoot experience.
