HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?

Our coaches are highly skilled and experienced in working with a wide range of clients from general population to professional athletes working towards different goals. In addition to world-class expertise, all of our trainers use the Poliquin Bioprint systems developed by Charles Poliquin to tailor your training, nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle to your unique physiology. All of our personal training programs run over a minimum 12 week period where all of the thinking is done for you. All you need to do is be compliant and consistent to our system and the results will follow.

HOW IS MY PROGRAM DESIGNED?

Your trainer will take you through an initial assessment to find out about your complete history about your health, experience and what you'd like to achieve. Then, in what's known as a pinch test which is a bioprint/signature assessment (it doesn't hurt, don't worry!), your coach will take measurements at 14 major body fat sites. These measurements tell your trainer a lot about how your body works and if your body is holding onto fat from any of the following:

  • Insulin imbalances
  • Stress
  • Sleep issues
  • Detoxification inefficiency 
  • Inflammation
  • Androgen imbalances

You are then taken through a structural assessment where our coaches are able to gain an insight into how your body moves and identify any limitations or imbalances your body has. Our coaches use this information along with their own tried and tested methods to address these imbalances and improve your body composition and well being. If you're new to exercise or are training at an elite level, your coach may also refer you to our in-house wellness centre of our GP, physiotherapist or massage therapist for some simple tests to make sure your hormones, vitamins and minerals are all in a healthy range. Our team of specialists work together to make you the healthiest version of yourself.

Throughout your program your coach will do regular pinch tests to monitor your progress and make alterations to your training and nutrition program as needed. Constant communication between our wellbeing team and coaches is kept up through the entire process. This way you can be sure you're staying focused and on track to achieving your goals.
